Yes. We intentionally work with a small, curated selection of villas that we manage personally. Each property is unique and available only through Stay in Ibiza.

Absolutely. When you book with us, we can arrange car hire, boat days, private chefs, wellness services, and more through our trusted local partners.

Each villa is different, but all rentals include guest support, check-in, check-out, and guidance throughout your stay. Additional services such as housekeeping, chef services, or extra linen can be arranged on request.

Yes. Deposits vary per villa and are handled with full transparency. Any damages are documented and discussed before a deposit is released.

Cancellation terms may differ per villa, but we always share the full policy before confirming a booking. We ensure clarity and fairness for both guests and owners.

We offer two options:
Rental Management — We handle promotion, bookings, guest communication, check-ins, and check-outs.
Full Property Management — Everything from Rental Management plus cleaning coordination, maintenance, supplier management, and regular inspections.

Yes. We can coordinate with your cleaner, pool service, or gardener while we manage the full rental operation. If preferred, we can also connect you with our trusted service providers on the island.

Full Property Management can be seasonal or year-round, depending on the owner’s needs. Rental Management is typically focused on the main rental season.

Payments from guests can go directly to you, or through Stay in Ibiza, depending on what is most practical. We keep the process transparent and ensure all rental income, commissions, and cleaning costs are clearly documented.

We do. Our team is the guest’s primary point of contact and handles any issues, questions, or operational needs during their stay.

Through regular inspections, quality checks before every arrival, and continuous coordination with cleaners, pool service, and maintenance staff. We treat each villa as if it were our own.
